Choose your Workouts

We offer Boot Camps, Strength Training, Personal Training, Kickboxing and Corporate Fitness. One class may combine kettlebells, dumbbells, tires, and steps. While the next class- Cardio, Jump rope and Sand/slam balls. 
SCHEDULE A CLASS

BOOT CAMPS

Experience a full body workout in a class setting. 
Classes are held daily Monday – Saturday for 1 hour.

STRENGTH TRAINING

The ultimate high intensity group workouts. 
Classes are held 3 days a week for 1 hour.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Receive personal training sessions with a certified master trainer. 
Sessions are held Monday – Friday for 30 minutes.

KICKBOXING

High-energy regimen that culls moves from boxing and martial-arts-infused kickboxing..

CORPORATE FITNESS

Private corporate boot camps for groups with 10 or more participants. We travel to you.

FITNESS & CARDIO

Our one hour bootcamp class is designed to increase your endurance, strengthen your muscles and provide you with more stamina and energy. We’ve partnered with MyZone, a heart rate tracking wearable, to monitor your results.

STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY

Every Sunday at 9 AM, we offer active recovery sessions. We believe stretching is just as important as your workout. During active recovery, we combine foam rolling, dynamic stretching and mobility exercises to prevent injury and reduce soreness.

DIET & NUTRITION

Good nutrition is just as important as physical activity. Abs are created in the kitchen, not just the gym. We provide nutritional mentoring and meal plans to help you reach your goals.
